I just started lightly washing my face regularly around 19 or so with hot and then cold water. Haven't had a single bad breakout since.

Have you tried changing fresh towles more often? Like only use a towel once for showering. Also clean bedsheets. Also clean face with bodywash.

It may just be your age for some of you. Nothing I did fixed my acne, then in my mid twenties it just started going away on its own.
I reduced eating fats, reduced masturbating and now I wash my face at least once a day and well, my skin is not clear but it is much better.

I use this stuff, there's visible improvement after literally one use. It would probably be even better if I was motivated enough to use it every day like it recommends.
