How do I deal with my parents bullying me? I am a 26 year old man who works full time and pays rent so I want them to start showing some respect.

It's pretty fucked they treat you that way (although they probably mean good with the food comments)
I guess in their mind you're still a child as you never became independent from them, but what do I know. I know some asian dudes who still bend over to mommy/daddy's will even after they're grown independent members of society.
But anyway, since you can't be fully independent of them, your best bet is actually talking to them. No one does that, though.
