Whenever my Mother took away my Internet, I watched all these old vhs tapes I'd been compiling to watch but never did because I was like you. Or I read some books, which I had less of because of how long it takes to read books.
However, now that my Mother is no longer able to withhold it from me, I have been accruing a large backlog. However, I am not as deep as you are so I try to work through it.

If you suffer from "autism" like me, find something to occupy your time for a couple days e.g. for me it was making a collage. Limit the boards you browse instead of browsing all your regulars. It's not easy to go cold turkey like that on the big three at the same time. You might try only lurking on mobile and refraining from posting. Hope this helps.

I've encountered the same problem. My recommendation would be to fill that time spent on that with something else.

Even when I successfully unplugged myself from 4chan and other time-wasters, I spent all day staring into space because I didn't know what else to do with my time.
