Fucking hate when games don't let you save when it's convenient. I mean I get it, it's a good concept but it's kind of annoying when I start to feel done playing but end up somewhere difficult and far from the next save point, and then when you fucking die and have to do it all over again. That said, having already played Silent Hill 2, it's a fucking breeze, I think I'm halfway through the game already. I don't even bother fighting most of the monsters. And with Alien: Isolation, not sure how far I am since it's my first run through it. I stopped when I died at the hospital section. I gotta say, Hard difficulty in it is pretty easy for the most part, only died twice so far. I like that getting hit by gunfire is actually pretty lethal. The AI is a little buggy and after about two hours they're very predictable, which is a little bit of a letdown since watching some gameplay had me thinking they were a lot more intelligent. Both comfy games nonetheless. SH2 isn't as amazing as I remember it (it's been nine years since I last played it), which is inevitable as things age. It's still great though and I'm enjoying every second of nostalgia.

Just switched from from Estoc to Astora's greatsword on my (former) dex/pyro build. Greatsword is MUCH better for PvP since you have hyperarmour in your swings.
