I don't see a problem with either.
The entire purpose of porn is masturbation, so why would it be wrong to masturbate to a pornstar that hates her job if she does it out of her own volition? She knows and expects you to fap to her.
In fapping to pictures of random innocent girls I see no problem either if they put out their revealing photos out for you to see. They might not expect you to fap to them, but as long as they don't know there's no harm on either side.

Morals are bullshit so I will stick to ethics.
I would argue that ethics would see that both are not bad since in nether case is someone being hurt.
A case could be made that fapping to randoms could be sort of unethical because they did not make those images to be fapped to, so if they found out they would be upset. While the porn is made to be fapped to and enjoyed by the public.
The pornstar has a will of her own and still chose to do porn. Even if she dislikes her job she is still willing to do it. A lot of people dislike their jobs. If she truly hated it she would find some other employment, even if it did not pay as well.
In any case her suffering is self imposed, not caused by the fapper. So the fapper is ethically clear.
