Been an alcoholic and eating a fucking shitload of junk food recently. I've put on almost 10 kilos in the last 5 months. It's time to pull myself back together and get back into shape.

You might need to cut down to like 65-70kg at 6'1 if you're inactive/sedentary to be lean.

I may be a manlet, but I can strict press 100kg over my head and Im just a home-gym casual lifting-fag. Can you even over head press 20kg?
thats really not that fat op
>>28231761
I think at 6'1 198 falls squarely into "overweight" territory, though that could also be a good amount of muscle for that weight. I take it you're not American, because obese implies >280 lbs at your height.
who /skeletal/ here?

Nice work anon, what's your routine breh
>>28232020
how much do you need to over head press for people to notice you? i always thought i've never met people that short in my life but i guess you guys just become invisible in any group
>>28233427
I lift 7/days a week because I have a home gym. I just do 2 lifts every day, around 45 min sessions.
Day 1 = OHP and Barbell Shrugs
Day 2 = Squats and Calf Raises
Day 3 = Bench Press and Chinups (body-weight & weighted)
Day 4 = Deadlifts and Lateral Raises super-set with Calf Raises
Day 5 = BtN press and Pull-ups (bodyweight & weighted)
Day 6 = Barbell Rows and Dips (bodyweight & weighted, tips fedora)
Day 7 = Barbell Curls and Skull Crushes.
I pyramid upwards in weight the more sets I do, then I finish off with 2-3 lighter sets for each lift. Record my peak lift and try to beat it the next time for progressive overload.
Disclaimer: This routine is retarded and I only do it because I enjoy it and have a home gym. If you're new to lifting you should probably do something different.
>>28231761
you're overweight not obese OP, and not even overweight by that much
skinny fat manlet with small shoulders 178/73
>>28234695
>this routine is retarded
Yeah it struck me as quite odd. But if you're not lifting for aesthetics and just enjoy the activity then that's fair enough
