I did it too recently, it really helps. I mean I'm still depressed and lonely but it feels better to be in a clean room.
It must feel amazing to have all the furniture etc. you want. I think enough money could really cure (or distract me from) my depression. Being in a comfy, tidy house stuffed with things you want sounds great.

I clean weekly, which just involves sweeping, changing sheets, and wiping the dust off of everything. I've run out of lysol spray so I can't get my bed smelling as fresh. The fresh bed feeling only lasts for a day anyways.
