At the fucking MOST you might have a mild case of Anxiety, but even that is just because you're a baby who needs attention but doesn't want responsibility.

Why do you pretend? Does it feel better to create false positive cases that just make it more difficult for actually depressed and mentally ill people to be believed and get the treatment they need?

The human brain is incomprehensibly complicated. So considering how different humans can be on the surface (hair colour, skin colour etc.) it shouldn't be any wonder that we all have different brains, different ways of thinking, and different processes our brains use.
No one is perfect. The way peoples brains work is what they were born with, and it's up to them to go through life how they see fit.,
So yes, there are people who are severely depressed, have anxiety etc. That's just how life works.
