Completely depends on what kind of relationship you have in mind.
If you're speaking of a no strings attached sex relationship, whatever the difference is between your age and a 18 year old or whatever.
If you want a person which has somewhat the same live perspective as you, then not much more than 7 years younger. For example it you're 32 and fuck a 25 year old, then she's a character already, still fresh looking and the sex can be great (pic related)
However, women get more serious (for my taste), after 27. I want a girl to bring some color in my life, a happy chick. If a woman is troubled by career or something else, than she'll be as serious as me and I won't enjoy the relationship too much.
