ok put yourself in this situation: 1500 years ago, when man consumed anything, that was immediately stored by his body for later determined consume. it is a very effective process that leaves you with calories on the long run. calories=energy.

if you want to lose fat eat efficiently then eat everyday, on a normal diet. the fat just wont go away if you don't do so
