First and foremost clear any debt you have, The next step before accomplishing anything at all is confidence. Everything you ever read ever about gaining confidence is a lie unless it's this; have a hobby and start faking having confidence. I was spending alot of time on the computer and I still do but I never really did anything besides browse random shit and having a tab with netflix open, for awhile my hobby was simply playing counter strike. It's different when you approach it as a hobby then it being something you just do, you put effort into a hobby and get better at it, I never really told anyone my hobby and if they asked I would lie or answer with a joke but it made me feel a little better to be doing something.
I'm 99 percent sure that normies are not confident either and they are just pretending like I am, only now I get to be part of the club. I don't know how helpful I can be with this part but I feel like having something you are good at translates into the rest of your life. (for me it was head shots so you really can't do much worse) I wasn't really social at this point but sometimes the girl who handed me food at mcdonalds would smile when I would make a joke which kept me from crying myself to sleep so that was nice. I guess this just builds over time, my friends all tell me I'm the most confident guy they know and girls are starting to come around naturally but I am just shaking inside all day.
Working out is always good, if you are fat I would say run but looking back I was skinny when I ran and would still have to psyche myself up before leaving my house because it felt weird to be seen,
I lift weights now and I still get nervous sometimes so I go late at night but their are still people their, I just repeat to myself that no one gives a fuck about me. They don't think I'm weird they just don't give a fuck. They are laughing about some stupid shit that has nothing to do with you. I can recommend the routine I use if your down but I understand going out and doing this is a lot of pressure and I recently just started myself. Working out will make everything better, next i need to work on my diet but that is gonna be hard.

The part earlier about hobbies deserves more elaboration. The reason it was good to focus on counterstrike instead of endlessly scrolling on 4chan is because it had a clear task at hand and kind of allowed me to set natural breaks to do something else. it's like what should I do before more games instead of why the fuck would I leave /r9k/ unless I had something else to do.
