Yes! It's was great advice. I lost weight, now women can actually see my facial feature and some of them actually find them atractive.
Whilst doing so I learned about nutrition and ate healthily which fixed my bad skin and greasy hair. I also went to a gym which and got involved with sports I have fun with, which helped me meet women with similar interests.
Doing all this meant I had to develop some discipline which I never bother bothered to build up before, and I applied to persuing a career in a field I enjoy. Now I can afford my own place to bring my new friends to, for some fun.
