Well don't take Xanax, and drink, that's a recipe for disaster. Furthermore, you wouldn't remember SHIT. I personally don't think benzos and concerts go together well at all, however, I do understand anxiety, so do what you need to do. I'd suggest a combination of caffeine/coffee and Xanax if need be, so long as that doesn't exacerbate your anxiety too much.
Anyway, just feel the music brother. If you feel inclined to dance/groove, then do so. You're not obligated though, I don't think people will necessarily look at you weirdly if you choose not to. Don't be a fucking camerafag though, just take the odd photo/video at the most.
