Hanako's not her route.
Dunno how you are into the game, but her route was written by a writer who had to go out the project before finishing it, so another one (a faggot who hated Hanako) took the route to revise and complete it. Badly.
You should try the Alpha route, it's wonderful.

A little warning about them:
It was a partial work, that wasn't ready to be a real game.
Some things are almost the same (emi and rin's route I heard, never played them), some others are completely different.
Shizune's route was different in the development (after the trip at her house).
Lilly's route has a couple of scenes that are the same, and all the rest different.
Hanako's the one with really no contact between the final game and the alpha version. You have a lot of endings.

Well, the file has the last version of the Alpha. As I said, there were a lot of work to make the game playable.
Shizune's Alpha was almost completely fixed a year ago or so, so if you download the last version, the HanaLilly, the other routes already working will be disposable
I played it. Didn't particularly enjoy any routes besides the Kenji death route that I got 3 times.
Hanako was cute but I hated the sex scene.

I played it back in January. I felt great after I finished it. Even though I was lonely before, the loneliness hit me much harder after having time to think about KS.
I've never desired someone more than I've desired Lilly. She manages to push all the right buttons for me.
