How drastically would our world change if, ANYONE who still has their virginity had very bright glowing green eyes. Almost radioactive looking.

I get the feeling that the world would still work more or less the same way. Virgins females would still be idealized, only with the radioactive eyes, it becomes dramatically easier to filter out non-virgins.
