Is there a possibility that with the realness of VR porn, we would get less spastic being within the physical vicinity of women/ people in general?

Like- potentially even more cocky than Chad... Because being surrounded by giant titted anime princesses that are within actual distance of you- being around an actual girl might feel less visceral and more familiar.

I would be amazed if this actually happened.
That would turn the tables real quick

Computer programs wouldn't judge you.
You'll still be just as autistic.
>>
>>28142444
You can't compare anime tiddies to real women. Keep dreaming. If anything, men will become more autistic as they spend even more time with predictable cartoon personalities. Real people will seem more alien than ever if you adjust your perception of socialization with VR.
>>
>>28142566
Do you think Chad cares if girls judge him?

I bet it's the unfamiliarity of being near people that makes so many people here spastic fucks. It's a lizard brain irrational phobia of people.
>>
>ugh stop staring at my tits you creep
>>
It would help if it also has some way of reproducing the smell of women and the general environment they are in.

Not socialization. I'm talking about that physical presence.
I can talk to girls online real easily. I'm also confident in my skills, my looks, my mental state.

It's just that I clam up when near people who sort of demand real physical movement/ interaction. Even when I talk, I prefer to look off at something else instead of the person I'm talking to. Not that I can't make eye contact, but it's just derails my thought process if it's still on the "conclusion making stage"

That's with guys- then with girls it's a whole new ballpark. I'm just not used to being around people, especially attractive people, so I don't want to spend time around them. It's unfamiliar, something feels off- it's unexplainable. If I have more practice feeling it in spatial dimensions, I would probably grow out of the habit of keeping my eyes on the ground, trying to keep my eyes away from people, etc etc

Pic related is how I live my life atm

I guess it could be a bit like exposure therapy

Nope, I'd still prefer the comfiness of VR, thanks.

Physical proximity
Lizard brain gets tricked, and the exposure therapy element that gets you acclimated to being within attractive female presence

Like, most of us just have a phobia of the physical world, to be honest
If you've actually used VR, you know that it isn't just another screen
>>
If its that realisitic why go for the real thing and risk death?
>>
The AI will just follow our lead.

We'll end up euphoric, delusional autists of the next level.

That is to say, watching porn doesn't help you form meaningful relationships with people in real life, no.
>>
>>28142579
>Real people will seem more boring than ever if you adjust your perception of socialization with VR.
>>
>>28142583
Yes of course they do. You autismos really don't understand how social interaction works.

Thinking that "not caring about what people think" makes you look cool to other people is something only spastics think.
>>
>>28143276
Doesn't have to be porn. And screen porn puts you at a distance. It's different when you actually feel like you're THERE as opposed to just watching it from the sidelines like a cuck.

Even NPCs in regular games feel like they have human presence- that invisible privacy bubble. You'll be able to lean in, look them straight in the face, be flustered when you turn a corner and see another person but then remember not to be scared.

Then that familiarity carries over to the real world.
>>
>>28143300
Being overly concerned with what others think is how you get social phobia/ anxiety.
>>
>>28143276
An excess of VR porn will inflate autist egos to never before seen heights, only to have him crash into the earth with no survivors the moment he talks to another human being.

Now using VR dating sims as exposure therapy to people or intimate situations I could kind of get behind.

No, because you'll know it's not real.
>>
Easy mode would be the AI acting like digital sex slaves

Hard mode would be the AI acting like real women.
>>
There is nothing meaningful to be gained from porn, VR or not. There's no physical sensation because there's no human contact. You can placebo yourself up all you want but at the end of the day you'll go to bed. And in that bed you'll grab your cellphone and check your facebook feed and see every other normie going out and posting pictures of "life". And it will make you want to boot up the VR the next day and drain yourself of life.

It's pretty good for a cyborg life. It lets me catch up and see which is the level I need to reach to be able to live a normal life. I know facebook is 80% fake highlight stuff, but still.

And it's way better than 4chan for timewasting. Bit healthier.
>>
>>28144312
Wow you are dumb as shit, aren't you
>It lets me catch up and see which is the level I need to reach to be able to live a normal life.

>Bit healthier.

Completely illusioned. You know you don't have to buy into the normie "success" memes, right?
What you think of facebook indicates exactly the type of stuff you shouldn't use it for.
>>
>>28144340

What's the alternative mr. wiseman? The robot life? The NEET life? The browsing this fucking shithole everyday? Masturbating and playing videogames everyday? Is that your enlightenment? Is that your "better" alternative? Fuck that and everyone who thinks like that. The very reason you don't have a Facebook account is because it fucking pains you to see literally everyone else in a 13km radius having a normal and outgoing life while you rot inside your stinking room. And it pains you so deeply that you've convinced yourslef a fb account is a bad thing.
>>
>>28142444
Yes. I have read of experiments where it helped people with a fear of flying.

There are companies working on this as exposure therapy for anxiety disorders etc. The main problem is getting realistic human graphics. Something like an aeroplane is obviously easier to make realistic.
>>
>>28144557
not the person you responded to but..

I disabled my facebook because I was tried of seeing people I used to know, friends that I used to be close to ruin their lives one after another. People who I expected to go on and do great things moving into trailers and pushing out a few kids to live in poverty. Friends that fell to the degeneracy "meme".

Facebook for me, will always be a depressing place, more so than here.
>>
>>28144618

Well that's a more valid reason for closing a FB account. My facebook feed is a lil different, and it shows people doing interesting shit a lot of times. I would rather stare at that than r9k. Good thing is I've been able to visit this site less and less since last year. I'ts finally getting old
>>
>>28144618
that other guy is right but stop hanging out with shit lords then who like the "degen meme" even tho everything today is a meme in 4chans eyes
