There's no way to avoid cuckoldry. The solution though is to stop pleasing people and doing your own thing. Saying no to bullshit and standing your ground firmly without too much aggressiveness. Putting limits.

Remember that every woman has a magical item on their bodies that gets them tangible and intangible things for free. Fat, skinny, tall, short, it doesn't matter. She has that item and it makes a big difference on how much other people care about her.
