Not him but I get sleep paralysis when I sleep on my back, plus it feels physically uncomfortable. I'm 5'7 110 lbs (male) so I don't know if my bodily dimensions make it more difficult for me to sleep on my back because of how little fat I have to insulate my organs from the bed but sleep paralysis is debilitating and I'd rather sacrifice the small amount of worry I have at night for comfort.
