It is a company (whose function is to make money) paying you money to do something. They are not doing it as a joke, do some research and do your best. Even if they fire you, you'll have more money than before

Yeah I know it's just it's kind of weird. I remember hearing description of my job and things I'll be responsible for... and now they are hiring me for another position... I haven't signed anything yet, I haven't seen my contract so I guess I'll just ask once they call me to sign it.
I need this job. At least for 4 - 5 months, so I can save up money and move out from my parents. And I don't think I can just do enough research in a week for marketing, or at least to be good at it in a week.

OMFG OP here I have an update the same company just call me again offering a new job opportunity because in my resume I lied a little about having experience of 4 month in certain area it was actually just 2 month, Now I'm going to see the cute again feels good man but I'm nervous as fuck because I lied I actually don't remember much of the things I learned about those machines FUCK MY LIFE DUDE will have to google everything wish me luck to find info.

Most likely general labor or some sort of construction shit. When I was at the car wash I was working 10 hours a day, six days a week. The only reason why I didn't work more was because of some weird company policy that said anyone who works more than 60 hours HAS to get healthcare coverage (this was before obamacare went into effect)

Dammit OP, do research but depending on what you told them already... It could help to lower their expectations of you without making you look incompetent. I know it's kind of a contradiction but it depends on what you told them. The difference between 4 or 2 months doesn't seem that much though, It could be that they are desperate to find anyone with any experience in that area.
Had to weigh in on interviews last week.
All hopeful early twenties, all wanting to validate their degree.
Grants mean we can only hire under a certain age, these people won't be able to use the scheme to get a leg up most likely just due to the lack of openings around. Having to condemn 9 out of 10 to a high possibility of a life time of retail work is painful. The worst part is that the dull over confident guy is the best of the bunch while the shy qt who works full time already is weak.
