Never had acne until I started college.
Now my jawline is lined with red bumps and my upper back is covered bloody cystic zits.

I'll try stopping milk but I just add it to my coffee. Not sure if that's enough to cause such puberty horror.

The only real way to stop hormonal acne is by fasting because then your hormone levels go down.
Sad thing is you'll probably die if you fast for too long.

Senpaitachi I had to deal with this and it sucked. Stopped eating all forms of sugar and they went away but the scaring is pretty bad.
