There's a liquor store near here that delivers it like pizza. The charge is 10 dollars + tip. It's expensive but worth it for someone like me.

I wouldn't recommend it. Alcohol numbs you for a short while, but after a few months it starts to take back. Eventually you'll wake up one day realizing your about to lose your job, you can't make rent, and there is nobody left to let you crash on their couch. Or at least that's how it went down for me.

I love wino threads. When you first started drinking, did you feel euphoric and alert rather than sedated? I found out a couple of weeks ago that feeling more alert rather than sedated after a couple of beers was a risk factor for alcoholism.
