Does anyone else here have ED?
SSRIs damaged my dick, but until recently, I could still get hard and fap pretty easily. Now, it's hard to get an erection at all, and when I do, it won't last long.
Also haven't fapped for 4 days, but can't keep it up.
>tfw never even got to use my dick on a girl
You don't have ED. That's a side effect of SSRI's, you'll get over it eventually.
>>28113374
Are you still on the SSRIs?
>tfw don't even take SSRI's but my depressions so bad I'll go weeks without masturbating
>>28113397
Been off them for a few months. Had better faps while on SSRIs, probably because I wasn't so depressed and anxious all the time.
>>28113385
I was on them for 8 years, so I'm afraid I may have permanently busted my penis engine.
>>28113415
Oh shit anon. I hope it's just some weird withdrawal thing and goes away.
>>28113415
If you can take those damn things for eight years i I think you can manage to take some viagra and deal with it
>>28113465
Do people even take viagra just to jerk off?
I have ED. I don't know if it's because I fap so much or what, but I can't even get hard enough to use my onahole.
>>28114641
Imo loli is a sweer sweet vice that rewires your brain to only get hard at the little girl, in a way it's natures strategy of weeding out the pedophiles
No but every year the thought of arousal and a solid erection keep getting farther away. Probably the circumcision since i don't take any medications or supplements.
>>28114941
I don't fap to anything other than little girls and I still have problems getting hard.
>>28113374
i have taken all kinds of legal and illegal shit and ssri's twice for a couple of months, they definitely had some effect on my dick but while i was taking them it was harder to actually orgasm and cum rather than get an erection
however now a few years later i don't take anything and i started having ED-like half erections, or weak erections i don't know how to call them, i get flaccid easily too shit sucks
also my penis head is almost never truly hard, even if the rest of the dick gets hard the head is still kinda soft, not entirely but definitely seems weirdly soft to me
maybe it's both the mental issues and my dick getting finally broken from overmasturbating
Can having a fetish or something fuck you up so bad that you can't get it up for vanilla sex and mistake it for ED?

OP here
My problems are pretty much exactly like this. Especially the trouble staying stiff or getting completely stiff.
My dick never gets as totally fucking hard as it used to when I was a teen. I've been taking these fucking pills since I was 18, and now I'm 26. Been off them two months, and my dick is still broken.
Hate how they hand these goddamned things out so readily. First American healthcare steals my cock skin without my consent, then they chemically neuter me.

>Hate how they hand these goddamned things out so readily. First American healthcare steals my cock skin without my consent, then they chemically neuter me.
I know these exact feels. How high of a dose did you take?
>>28116225
Low. 50mg of sertraline daily.
They helped with my obsessive and intrusive thoughts way more than my depression, which made them worth taking, though it wasn't why they were given to me in the first place. I actually got harder and easier while on them a few months ago than I am now in the fallout of greater depression.
Ssris are a scam and poisonous and they cause brain damage. Stop taking them and never take psychiatric medication again. Do not visit a psychiatrist. If you want to see someone see a therapist who cannot deal drugs.
>>28115052
Maybe it's the crippling shame of being a fucking pedophile that is causing your ED. You know you're a truly disgusting pig of a man, don't you? Please do humanity a favor and end your disgusting existence.
>>28116701
Feminist detected. Kill yourself.
>>28116668
I consider therapy fucking bullshit.
They can't fix my fundamental problems, which is my lack of IQ (preventing me from doing what I want to actually do with my life) and economic situation. They also can't do a damn thing about existential discomforts.
>SSRIs cause brain damage
How so? You're probably right, but you should probably produce some studies.
Also, my GP prescribed this shit; I'd never pay a modern Jew priest 400 dollars an hour to tell me I need to go make friends.
>>28116710
Not a fucking feminist, familia. Just not into the biological abomination that is fucking children.
>>28116716
They don't cause brain damage, they actually help regenerate new brain tissue, this guy is a conspiracy tard.
>>28116732
>lolis
>real children
Imbecile detected.
>>28116745
Yeah, you're gonna need some valid sources to back up your claims too.
>>28116758
As if they're not rooted in the same disgusting fetish. If you are turned on by sexual drawings of children, then you are a pedophile.
>>28116716
Your lack of iq isn't a problem. People dumber than you are happy,or at least not as sad. Dumb people usually don't ponder to existential questions. You're right, a therapist can't fix your problems but I consider them less dangerous than anyone who will drug you. I viewed an analysis that basically said ssris and placebos work at similar rates. The difference is that placebos do not have potential negative side effects. Even if you don't experience anything too severe they are altering your thinking, and it's my belief that you should not allow that. I don't think they are a positive influence. That's partly due to my own anecdotal experience.

It is well known/accepted in neuropharmacology, these are just a few studies I found after a quick search.

Thanks senpai
Do you study this sort of stuff in school by any chance?
>>28116926
As much as I'd like to believe this, I just can't. Decade-old drugs that can make you feel like shit and make your dick stop working, depending on your brain's unique compatibility with them, can do something like regenerate brain cells?
Sounds very unrealistic, and there are likely way more Google results for "SSRIs brain damage"
>>28117103
Don't let this psychiatrist trick you into taking jewpills again!
>>28117244
Well, the regeneration of new brain tissue hardly implies overall greater brain function anyway, given that SSRIs are indirectly affecting how your entire brain works as a whole.
What I'm afraid of is that won't be able to do what I did when I was on SSRIs: I was much better able to focus and deal with stress and anxiety, my obsessions and intrusive thoughts were numbed, and I was able to deal with my problems without feeling completely overwhelmed.
Recently, they haven't been doing that as well, but I'm terrified that the boost/sharpening of thinking skills I experienced was largely a result SSRIs; I took them all through university, and I feel like I was only able to deal with the stress of new material and avoid muddled thinking due to the pills. At the same time, if they aren't working anymore, I'm not really willing to up the dosage or try new medication; sertraline worked, I don't really want to fuck around with anything else. I'm sure SSRIs will eventually be seen as barbaric numbing agents by posterity.

Show me. The current accepted theory of how antidepressants work is because depressed people have formed connections in their brains that make them think negatively, antidepressants are thought to promote the formation of new connections to overcome this way of thinking. This is of course a theory, but the fact that there is neurogenesis is a scientific fact.
>>28117103
Yes, I do.
>>28118129
Eh, I suppose it's not like you said they're 100% healthy or anything. Sorry, I overreacted.
Can antidepressants stunt your growth?
And what about antipsychotics? How bad are those?
>>28118129
I thought it was because they (SSRIs specifically) overstimulate certain 5HT receptors, resulting in gradual downregulation (hence the 2-4 week "adjustment period").
>>28118336
Antipsychotics are worse than SSRIs in terms of side effects as far as I'm aware, but I've done less work on those. I think they are something someone may have to be on for the rest of their lives depending on severity of their psychosis.
As far as I'm aware, antidepressants don't stunt your growth.
>>28118872
I don't think it's down regulation, but receptor changes are one of several changes that take place when antidepressants are taken. The theory I've spoken about doesn't contradict that. I think it's more correct that it's formation of new connections and synapses that are responsible for the adjustment period rather than receptor changes.

Hey I know you.I still want to eat your butt
>>28115059
Some SSRI/SNRI kill your erections (makes them soft) and some numbs the sensitivity.
>>28120288
I don't think I've ever had anyone tell me that.
Are you sure you know me?
>>28115059
I have the same issue with the glans not getting fully filled while the shaft can be rock hard. Supposedly there can be a number if things behind this.
