How do I become an inhuman monster? I want to destroy psyches as mine was destroyed many moons ago. I want to rid myself of all empathy and give into cruel nature. I want someone to lose sleep and peace of mind over the cruel shit I can conjure up in my head.
How do I go about not feeling even a twinge of guilt after saying and doing horrible shit to someone?

This'll be you, OP. You can't just decide to be sociopathic, soo.
Analyze your target as thoroughly as you can to try and identify what you think would be a suitable reason to justify making them suffer. Find a reason that makes you want to hurt them because you think they deserve it. Literally everything in the world has a great number of these things, you just need to choose which ones to use. And there you go! Guilt free, completely justified punishment is yours, go out there and torment some souls now! <3
