I had a high functioning family member with downs, she could mostly use computers fine - we set up emulators and she had a few favorite games like solitaire, sonic the hedgehog series, and super volleyball on the genesis
sometimes she did fuck up things though, especially after she had basic computer classes and learned to edit files in general
because I grew up with her I used to think all of them were shy and nice people for being treated badly by society in general, but interestingly, at her down syndrome group, there was a young one who was extremely psychopathic, she kept abusing and manipulating others, and made sure every one of the others knew their place below her in the group's power hierarchy

I used to be a GM in an online game, and this one girl kept getting scammed (she gave out her password to people who stole her items.) She was dumb as a box of fucking rocks and took forever to type a sentence. I figured she must be about 8 years old. Later found out she was 21 and worked in a grocery store.
