can someone redpill me on how much the life expectancy drops for someone with more than 10years anxiety issues (with or without meds, ssri, benzos, betablock)?

i have asked my docs before and they all said it doesn't make a difference.
i think they might not tell me to not cause me anxiety.
i have a feeling that i have lost 20 years because of anxiety. like around 60 i will be gone..
but there is no documentation on life expectancy with anxiety and depresshuns.

Anxiety itself isnt dangerous but it causes stress and if you are anxious so often that you dont have time to recover and the stress is prolonged, it can fuck you up in many ways.
