see a dermatologist and weigh your risk of suicide due to the side effects of whateverthefuck crazy drug they put you on against acne on your back that no one will ever seen anyway because no one is ever around you when you aren't wearing a shirt.
It's most likely stress related
got put on doxycycline at first, didn't work
then i got put on the highest dose of accutane possible for my weight
that worked
other things that helped a huge deal:
fix ur diet (eat clean), use clean pillowsheets and towels each time, pat dry your face instead of rubbing it (doesn't move oil around), don't pick your skin, lay off the dairy (it often works with hormones to create acne), dont wash it or treat it with any creams, soaps, moisturisers or the like.

I thought acne goes away as you get older. Mid-20s I think.
