It's not a fetish. They're more feminine than western women. Only natural to prefer them. Though Japan is very clean (no garbage everywhere) and ramen is pretty good so I do want to visit. And video games and anime are a past time for me. And I did study Japanese and know some Kanji and do little bits of studying.
