I've been having nightmares where I get killed pretty regularly and now I'm starting to get violent though during the day. Thinking about sinking a knife into your class mate's neck can't be healthy. I don't even dislike them or want to do it, but I just can't get these violent thoughts out of my head. Can a psychiatrist help with this sort of thing?
I remember reading post and thinking it was just edgy teenagers typing random shit and then it happen to me. I couldn't stop thinking of killing people and bringing them down my basement all while fucking their dead corpses.
It was similar to the desire of wanting to get some water when you're thirsty.

Feel the same way. Ive been having nightmares of me dying and Ive noticed that I tend to think/daydream of killing/hurting someone when Im angry. Im not a violent person and I really dont want to hurt anyone, these ideas just pop in my head. I think its the result of the dreams.
Have you seen nightbreed? Don't ever go to a shrink if you are violent
