Sometimes I wish there was a place like /pol/ but with a slightly more analytical tone. A sort of fusion of Wikipedia and /pol/, perhaps. Such a place would be focused mainly on discussing obscure pieces of news related to the international geopolitical balance of power (e.g. military hardware acquisitions, state hacking scandals, PMCs, oil smuggling, etc.). There would still be humor and memes and anonymity and racism, but it would filter out stupid clickbait stories. The userbase would all have some basic background on statecraft, intelligence, military strategy, and finance. There would be a file size limit of at least 20 MB and webms would have audio support.
