Both my counselors dropped me because I was too difficult and incurable. Last counselor is pushing me for meds even though I told her no.
Spoke with a psychiatrist and he said um a model client; working hard to get better and I don't seem to need meds. He says im doing great and he's been very encouraging. Too bad I only get to see him once every 2 months. Feels bad man.

the big mistake is robots going to female therapists. i'd been to 2 women therapists before i met by current dude, and it's been a night and day difference. granted i'm still a failure and making little to no progress, but at least he gets me and makes for some good conversation for an hour every week. don't go to women therapists. they actually have 0 empathy to male problems. i remember i told my past therapist about how i was depressed because i was 5'6" and she had no idea how that could negatively affect my life. they're completely clueless

I didnt complain about the issue, but psychologist found out and seemed to find it odd. He wasnt really surprised, but I think he probably deals with people that are sexually promiscuous more than incels.
