The small-breasted odd ugly duckling is not sitting all day in a library. They are showing off their zelda tattoos, cosplaying, and getting more male attention than supermodels by flaunting their video game and anime likings. Only in some less globally connected parts of Asia or South America, where a nascent technological and "Ultra socially liberal" transformation is taking place, resembling the western 80's and 90's in their condition, can you still see some women who evoke the image of the classic "nerd girl". A lot of male outsiders are drawn to Asian women for that reason ( Although, for FA's, it doesn't matter ).

For one, there is still a clear hierarchy in girls determined by hotness. Some fat/greasy/crazy chicks will never be bf material for actually desirable men.
