Started lifting again yesterday after a while off... holy fuck my arms are blown out. I can barely use my left arm for eating, can't bend it that much. Both arms can only get about 80% straight. Jacked up on brotein right about now.

How your body looks is irrelevant since what determines whether you are attractive or not is face, height, frame.
You are putting value in something that isn't valuable and as your false value increases you gain false confidence which increases your value when attracting a female.
If you know that the confidence you gain comes from false source you no longer gain confidence from that source.
Example: Let's say you believe having a mental illness makes you cool, edgy, interesting, unique. If you put positive value on those things then you will gain confidence when diagnosed with mental illness.
