It's all about making sure the contact is as minimal as possible.
Keep conversations short and only discuss topics relevant to the game. The less you say the less chance there is for your roboticism to be picked up on.
Try to avoid creating opportunities for discussion about real life. If you're ever caught in a TS where a normie is talking about their job their school their gf their wife's son etc just stay mute and pretend you're afk if you can get away with it.
