Honestly it starts with building confidence. If you are confident in yourself you can be happy with who you are. I'm not saying go full Chad and be a douchebag, but start small. Leave your comfort zone once a week or something, expand our horizons. Trying something new and getting more experience will make you well rounded and will make you more confident.
Developing better social skills will help. Start off small, don't go up to your crush and announce your love with a poem, that's not smart. Say hi to her every so often, say something related to your current situation, and try to NOT mention 4chan at all. Over time try to talk to more people, start slowly leaving your comfort zone, this ties back into confidence. Also, try to have a filter, consciously think about what you're going to say, say it as someone else, is it cringey or is it alright? If it's even borderline cringey I would recommend stating away.
Try finding a hobby. It doesn't have to be the coolest hobby. I told my girlfriend I play dungeons and dragons and she laughed at me a little bit, but it wasn't malicious or "oh this loser plays dungeons and dragons," she was just surprised and found it kinda funny. Having a hobby gives you something to talk about, however don't talk about it ALL the time. I've met people where all they talk about is running (the fellows on my cross country team) and even I do this sometimes when I talk to people about wrestling (my main hobby).
The main idea is to become yourself and be comfortable as yourself. Don't expect to make leaps and bounds in progress. If you do, great! However make baby steps, it's the smart way to do this.
