Now I look around, all students are eating good meals, not ramen every day and live in pretty nice places or in fancy restaurants.

If your family can afford to help send you off to university I'm sure you come from a place where they are also happy to kick you some form of allowance.

Well in Australia the government provides pretty generous welfare to all student and scholarships are usually available to boost that. I'm getting $46k/year for my degree.
