There is blood donation action in my city, and I'll probably obtain many extras, like shirt, pencils, stickers, stuff like that.

Use the machine that donates 2x the blood cells if you can. I forgot what it's called. But it helps out more peeps than a regular donation.

I am not a jog fag but there was a time when i would wake up at 4:45 get to the gym at 5 am for a set of lifting / swimming then take a cozy 30 minute shower/ sauna before heading to work at 6:30.
