Does anyone else love doing something they are bad at? in before someone says living
I like writing murder mysteries but my stories are horrible. I have so much fun writing about murderers, suspects, making up clues and evidence. I've never shown any of them to anyone but I waste hours doing this.

post one of them Anon, I would like to read
I wrote fantasy-sci fi years ago. Got two published in a semi pro magazine. The editor, a NY Times best selling author, basically said that what she first wrote was not good. No one would have seen any talent in it. But she kept writing. It takes practice anon. So keep at it.

I suck at videogames
I cant even play online because I get my ass handed to me 99% of the time
I say I hate multiplayer games but deep down I'm bitter because I always lose
I enjoy playing MTG. But I've never won packs from playing pre-releases, which are the only events I go to.

I think I ran out of ideas for a little while. Then there was illness in the family and other life altering events. I wish I'd stayed with it. But I can always pick up my pen now. A teacher once told me to write one hundred words a day, to get some fluency. So that's all it would take for me I think.

I like to make music in Reason, I've been doing it for years but most of it still sounds like garbage. I know it won't ever go anywhere but its something to pass the time.
