ive seen the ghost of a 9 year old girl who along with her mother were murdered in the builing i stayed in 100 years prior. was confirmed by the land lord.
i awoke one morning to my bed being shaken as if someone was pushing on it. i looked down to see a short shadow figure standing before me. when i stood up it disapeared

Been abducted by aliens since I was a child. It happens to my father (he's never recovered), and seems to have rubbed off onto me too.

Used to happen more, happens about twice a year now. I've come to accept it but it hinders my ability to interact with people. Like I would never want to have children if this passes onto them, and I can't cope with the idea of being abducted while pregnant.

when it happens it feels like I'm going to die of terror but I assume in actuality I'm just a real lucky person that gets to experience sleep paralysis
