Probably genetic, I'm a little over 100lbs and while I don't work out, I get enough physical activity for a normal person. I already have a megaesophagus, crohn's disease and gerd and a bunch of health issues, but the GI tract ones can easily degenerate in cancer so I thought I would go out that way. I always had tachycardia and heart murmur but these days it looks like my heart is about to stop working.
We are all dying dood.

I think survival instinct has a lot to do with how you feel in those moments. If you could go calmly in a non-painful way, things would be different. In those moments your body is in panic mode and looks for a solution.
I don't really want to die but I don't really want to live either. But pain is scary.

Have bowel adhesions. Your pic OP, along with >>28053783 is how I am when they trigger a blockage. It hurts like a mother fucker constantly. Then, to add to the pain is when something tries to go through where it's blocked at. Increase the pain by 1000%.

I guess compared to cancer or something, my illness isn't that serious.
I was diagnosed with MS earlier this year, and it's been rapidly progressing. I have to back and see my neurosurgeon next week, and I'm terrified. Sometimes my hands just stop working, I have horrible balance issues, my limbs frequently go numb, my memory has been horrible, and my eyesight comes and goes.
This is on top of the fact that I had cancerous cells in my esophagus and in order to reverse as much damage as possible, I had my intestines re-routed and can no longer eat or enjoy most foods.

Sounds rough, I get fast heart rate and chest pains pretty often as well. Yet both times I've been to the ER for it, they haven't found anything wrong with my heart. The only thing they found wrong with me was high blood pressure.

Standard electrocardiograms show weird stuff for me but nothing too alarming. The holter will probably show something though.

The adhesions is surgical. I had my gallbladder removed. The doctor was an idiot and didn't do it laparoscopic when it was not necessary. Not only was I out 6 weeks of class due to it, it started the adhesions within a year.
