Anon#2 here. I kinda think we would find a solution. Only problem would be that most people still think genetic engineering would be bad, for whatever reasons. So Immortality would probably still be a fantasy for a long time but yeah we would most likely find some way to reproduce even without sex, or do it every 2 years so that new people will be born or some shit. Either way we would be far more advanced.
