I'm 24 but I feel like im 80. I cant find any hobby anymore, I stopped playing any video games, things that I enjoyed are now just 'meh'.
When I was young, I thought I would be happy when I finally would be 25, with job, with gf, with all that free time after work to play or do whatever I want. Now I'm 24 and after I'm back from work I dont feel like doing ANYTHING, I dont want to go to gym, I dont want to play games, I dont want to hang out with my gf, I'd just lay in front of TV or sleep. I lost all my hobbies, dont know why.
Fuck being grown up man, this sucks. I want to be 15 again, when I thought life was more interesting.
Depression is a bitch.

The initial rush is gone within the first few months. If you're still together after 5 years, you guys must be able give each other something more. The depression will creep back in here and there, but at least you have someone who can help you can through it.

Are you taking care of yourself physically?
Work out, eat right, get enough sleep, and actually talk to people you like.
The first three are obvious but the last one can surprise many. Depression has a physical effect on the brain so by talking with people it helps you physically.
