Then I ask them what they accomplish to back up their claims. And its always some fake iq stats or irrelevant acheivement.

not knowing basic math functions or not knowing algebra or shit like that, cuz I went to art school, didn't even have math at all, but I excel in history and philosophy, I'm a political science mayor rn and I don't consider myself dumb just because I'm not that good at math.

Math major are better logical thinker than any philosopher. Actually the best philosopher have an heavy math background. That why bs c laugh at youre smugness. Engineering is all about solving complex problems. Actuarial science can become super complex, lots of number crunching and heavy math.
Science major could easily get a philosophy major. Philosophy major couldnt get an engineeting degree or pass actuarial exams.
Its easy to level down, hard to step up.
