middle school was whenever i've been most overweight throughout my life
it was a strange experience for me
i've never been that round or odd looking before
but it was also this time where i started making really important friends and establishing my social life
i think that was also when i got into music and started growing my hair out

i probably looked the most "beta" or whatever during middle school

I was actually a pretty good looking kid and my mom would dress me up and clean my clothes really good. I actually had had lot's of girl's that had little crushes on me, but I was aspy as fuck and I had to deal with asshole kid's giving me shit at times. That was ofc until my mom and I collectively stop giving a fuck in secondary school, where I would be fat and disgusting for month's and then thin again for half of the other year, again and again the cycle of fat and gross, thin and handsome continued, kid's either treated like I was one of them and then ai was rejected that same year, fuck I actually have pictures of that and stretch marks

I was ugly in middle school AND high school.
Now I've learned to maintain long hair, sport facial hair to hide my vulture-y Jew nose, and wear clothes that fits well and doesn't reinforce how skelly I am.
Also, I've filled out a bit, and while I'm still a skelly, I no longer look like a starving bird, so that's nice.
I reckon I went from a 5 to a 7 (on a good day) or so.

Actually middle school was when it all went wrong. I went from only a little overweight to massively overweight, drifted away from all old friends and became more reclusive while watching everyone else my age having fun and start dating. Got worse going to high school because my parents decided to move the summer in between my 8th to 9th grade and only got further depressed because it was an already fucked up time and I had to leave behind the rest of the people from my childhood. I'm 25 now and have some peace of mind about all that but, like most people on r9k, I mssed out on my teenage years and am still a little salty over it. Life is what you make of it
