LITERALLY exactly what I've been doing for the past month, even the drumming.
My advice is to take it one step at a time. Start with jogging and don't push yourself too hard so you're worn the fuck out the next day. The important thing is to do it, EVERY DAY. Once you take a day or two off you break the routine and you're fucked again.

It depends if you're a morning person or not. I discovered I'm a morning person because I have to get up early for work and have found I have WAY more energy throughout the day than I ever did staying up late and sleeping in.
Anyway it depends on where you go jogging at I'd say, I started in some residential neighborhoods near my house and would try to run by 8am, not too many people were out, sometimes I'd see another jogger or people getting in their cars to go to work, but that's really it. If you want to stay clear of others just don't go to a popular park or busy road and you'll be fine. I've since started jogging at a cemetary near my apartment. Almost no one is ever there and theres some wicked hills to climb.
For books I just finished reading a fantasy story someone gave me a long time ago and am re reading a book I read years ago currently. I think after this I'm just going to go to the bookstore and look through the fantasy section.

Definitely going good. I've gotten to the point where I look forward to running every day now. The first couple weeks were a struggle.
I honestly haven't been drumming as much as I want too...but I'm blaming that on Dark Souls 3 coming out and addicting me lol. I at least have my drumset set up now and have de rusted quite a bit. Feels good to play again.
