Equality between males and females would fade away since males no longer have to whiteknight and pander to females to get sex.
90% of females would stop getting to high positions in corporations because they can't sleep their way up the corporate ladder.
There would be a disconnect between the sexes and population will fade away. Only a small percentage of childen are being born due to sperm injection and some cases of forced sex only for the sake of breeding.
Females would stop getting jobs due to quotas and males would once again take all the important and high up jobs.

Things would go a lot smoother. With no need to secure resources for a future generation, I would guess there'd be a lot less wars and violence in general. Religious evangelism and things like radical Islam would lose meaning, everyone would finally chill the fuck out.
