I'm male and used to be chad mode fit - i owned a gym. I found i cared way more about bodily looks back then, i would get insecure if someone was more in shape in the gym and would be obsessed with getting bigger and fitter.
Then I got crohns and had to give that all up, im about 25kg lighter now and can never keep weight on, but now i totally dont care - when i see an in shape guy it doesnt register to me at all. I can see the mindset from both sides now, if you aren't in the game the players don't matter.
