I'm 6'4" with broad shoulders but I have little delicate birdlike wrists for some reason.
They really limit my attempts to get far into lifting because I have strong arm muscles but I'm limited by weak ass wrist structure that can't be fixed with muscle development.

how do traps voices become girly? do hormones just make your voice go up over time?
I know exactly what you talk about... I am tall and have broad shoulders but my wrist.... My arms in general are underdeveloped. I once went to gym got a nice body except my arms.
Also I am almost 30 and cannot grow a beard.
