redistribution of wealth isn't a very prominent platform of communist parties. Communists believe workers are entitled to the full product of their labor. Ownership of the means of production vastly outweighs any concern communists have for the the liquid assets or spring villas of the deposed capitalists. Just turn the factories over to the workers, and they will be able to produce their own wealth through their honest labor.
If you're concerned that the directionless rabble wont be able to productively run a factory, I think you'd be surprised, but if the owning managers really were that necessary, then the workers can hire them back to work for them, rather than other way around.
