The *core* is actually MUCH colder than that. The immense pressure at the centre causes matter to slow down to a near stop. Nuclear reactions take place near the surface/middle feeding heavier elements further into the core, until they are heavy enough to reach the core and slow down, thus cooling.

When a person sees you, they have a personal impression of you that they project onto your physical existence to understand that it is "that person I know as x" occupying the space in front of them. If that person did not know you had been swapped with a copy, they would continue to project their perception of you onto the copy assuming it was the original "you".
It depends on if you are looking from the inside looking out or the outside looking in.
