It takes about 2 years to get a decent physique. Right now you have nothing to work with - youre weak, no muscle etc. 4 months is nothing.
Trust me its worth it. Once you have a solid base, working out itself becomes much more rewarding and changes come quicker. e.g - You decide you need bigger shoulders. You start working out your shoulders 3 times a week for 4 weeks and boom youve got noticeably bigger delts. Next you decide you need more back so you do a special back program for 6 weeks and boom your back is improved heaps.
